The Office of Graduate Programs in Business is open generally Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments typically last 30 minutes.

If you would like more information about any of our programs, please contact us to schedule an appointment with our advisors, or sign up for one of our information sessions. If you bring a copy of your transcript to the information session, you can leave it with an advisor, who will review it and reply to you about the number of hours you need to complete the program.
Once you have been admitted, you should meet with an advisor to discuss program requirements and select courses for the upcoming semester. Daytime and evening appointments are available. Our programs vary in length depending on a student's undergraduate background and grades. Typically, an MBA can be completed in 2 years going full-time. Please schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor to discuss your academic background and course of study at UMSL.
Classes are generally scheduled in the evenings, Monday through Thursday, weekends, or online. The majority of classes meet one night per week from 6:55-9:35 p.m. A few classes are scheduled to meet two nights per week on either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday, and meet from 5:30-6:45 p.m. Classes for the Online MBA program meet one weekend per month (Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am-5:30 pm).
Several monetary awards based on performance in one of the graduate business programs are available on an annual basis. Additionally, numerous student loan programs, some of them targeted to graduate business students, are available. The Student Financial Aid Office can provide more specific information about the availability of aid and student loan programs. Finally, graduate assistants can earn reduced tuition, the amount of reduction is based on the number of hours employed by the College of Business.
